Excellent experience! I only dealt with Steve. He gave me a confidence as a customer like a father would make you feel with something they did themselves hundreds of times. They were transparent, open and honest, clear in communication and had a good gameplan for my 25 year old car. Sometimes it can be a risk to find a specialty shop for something but I hit a home run with these guys! Great job to all!!

I would recommend Transmission Express to anyone looking for friendly and reliable auto body care. I was having transmission issues and was getting an error code that said I would need a new transmission. Not what I wanted to hear. I took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Transmission Express for a second look. I truly felt they took the time to find exactly what was wrong with the transmission. Steve explained everything in great detail and in terms I could understand. I ended up not needing a new transmission and the car has been running great! I feel that the staff here really cares about getting the job done right! I felt that the cost was very reasonable!

My 1998 ford ranger had a trans leak, trans express repaired it several times ,kept leaking. They figured it out didn’t charge me for a new part and threw in an oil change. I can’t say enough good about this business. They kept, after the leak, until it was found. They do other repairs as well.
You don’t find business ethics, like this very often.
